Ratio Athletics intergrates proprioceptive technology into everyday athletic gear. These "destabilization" products add a layer of instability to any exercise, engaging and working smaller muscles in a way that mimics the unbalanced weights that astronauts often use in their pre-flight training. A 5 month study from the University of Florida showed a 30% increase out of the gate from participating athletes using using running shoes with this technology.
